REGISTRATIONS
- All menu changes must be made at the time of payment.
- Registrations and inquiries will only be accepted between the 25th and 29th of each month.
- Students who will have lunch only on Mondays, every other day, or on specific days, must register within the established deadline.
- A la carte dishes must be ordered at least 2 days in advance.
- If you require a special dish for Mondays, it must be requested the previous Friday.
ABSENCES AND REFUNDS
- Lunch will only be refunded by carrying the service over to the following month when the student is absent, provided that the absence is reported by 9:00 a.m. on the same day, through clic here – WhatsApp.
- In the event of a general absence due to causes beyond the concessionaire’s control, the service will be compensated with healthy snacks, with no monetary refund and no carry-over to the following month.
MENU CHANGES
- Only students who have lunch for the entire month are entitled to four free menu changes.
- Change options:
- Grilled chicken with rice and/or mashed potatoes.
- Spaghetti Alfredo or Bolognese.
- From the 5th change onwards, an additional charge of S/ 5.00 per change will apply.
